A Human Unit is a small, structured group designed to work together toward a shared mission using the three-year cycle: Sleep, Creep, and Leap. Each Unit is capped at 150 members to maintain trust, cohesion, and effective collaboration.
Anyone committed to the process can start a Unit. No special background or credentials are required — just consistency, honesty, and a willingness to help build a healthy, functional group.
Registration involves submitting your group’s basic details, listing your initial members, and agreeing to follow the three-year cycle. After registering, you’ll receive guidance for launching Year 1 (Sleep).
To officially register, you’ll need 50 people.
However, you can start building your Unit with just 2–3 people and grow toward the 50-member threshold over time.
