A Human Unit is a small, structured group designed to work together toward a shared mission using the three-year cycle: Sleep, Creep, and Leap. Each Unit is capped at 150 members to maintain trust, cohesion, and effective collaboration.

Anyone committed to the process can start a Unit. No special background or credentials are required — just consistency, honesty, and a willingness to help build a healthy, functional group.

Registration involves submitting your group’s basic details, listing your initial members, and agreeing to follow the three-year cycle. After registering, you’ll receive guidance for launching Year 1 (Sleep).

To officially register, you’ll need 50 people. However, you can start building your Unit with just 2–3 people and grow toward the 50-member threshold over time.

     Members must be willing to:
    • Participate consistently
    • Communicate honestly
    • Work collaboratively
    • Follow the Unit cycle (Sleep → Creep → Leap)
    There are no additional prerequisites.
Some Units may be free to start, while others may include a registration or administrative fee depending on your platform or coordination needs. Full details are provided during the registration process.
Yes. Units can grow over time, and members can be removed if they become inactive or disrupt the Unit’s structure. All changes should support the Unit’s long-term health.
Formal leadership is optional. Many Units operate with shared or rotating leadership. However, having a coordinator often helps with organization, especially in the early stages.
     New Units receive:
    • Step-by-step instructions for each year of the cycle
    • Guidance on roles and group structure
    • Communication templates
    • Best practices for maintaining a strong, functional Unit
Once your initial 50-member list and mission are ready, most Units complete registration within a few minutes.
Yes. Units may form around community-building, research, education, activism, problem-solving, or any collective goal that follows the three-year structure.
Units may repeat the cycle, partner with other Units, or expand their mission. The system is designed for long-term, repeatable growth.
Beginning July 1, 2026, a monthly podcast — released on the first of each month — will teach essential human fundamentals, including:
